Meet Gretchen

Gretchen McNamee’s devotion to real estate is a result of her marketing of luxury properties in the Colorado mountains for over nine years. She is the owner of Studio G Creative, a marketing and branding firm instrumental in over $5 Billion of real estate sales. Premier brokerages, developers, and resorts rely on Gretchen to market luxury offerings including: The Four Seasons Private Residences Vail, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, The Residences at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek and Hotel Jerome in Aspen.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA (and a loyal Steeler fan), and after too many nine months winters in Vail, Gretchen is now a full-time resident of Las Vegas. And she brought her zeal for fabulous properties with her. She looks forward to helping her clients find their perfect home while providing professional representation for both buyers and sellers. With the Las Vegas real estate market constantly changing, Gretchen is dedicated to staying updated on current market trends. She understands that purchasing a home is not only an investment, but a lifestyle decision.

A graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Gretchen enjoys running, tennis, hiking with her dog, and travelling. She is passionate about helping various non-profits and giving back to the community.
